Terms Of Use

By using Yeneka, you agree to be bound by these Terms and agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your business(either as a FMCG business or store) information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Partners, third-party sellers & products

You acknowledge and agree that;

You're to be held responsible by law efforcement for any unsafe(by the definition of NAFDAC) products made, distributed or received by you and sold to the public through Yeneka.

Yeneka is not liable for any modification or damage made to your brand during and after a delivery & purchase is completed.

You shall only use our services to sell(distribute or receive) supported product categories as stated by Yeneka only, and bear full responsiblity for the condition or type of products you handle.

You're responsible for any product of yours that is distributed and/or received by other businesses that contravenes a third-party trademark policy.

Partners are responsible for product(inventory) inspection and receipt during a delivery, hence - they can reject products that contravenes our policy and the rights of the public to safe consumption.

You shall not recall from a business any product duely purchased except otherwise demanded and permitted by Yeneka or appropriate Government Agency.

Fulfillment/Delivery of products to retailers upon order placement is handled by third-party agents & brand owners who may not be directly licensed by Yeneka.

All products under 'Food and Snack' sold through Yeneka MUST:

Be in transparent packaging or container, sealed, labelled(branded) and in safe condition for consumption.

Have a list of its ingredients/content stated on the body of its package/container.

Have on the body of its packaging/container the name, contact and address of the business that made it.

Care and Cleaning

• Perfumes
• [Liquid]Soaps

All products under 'Care and Cleaning' sold through Yeneka MUST:

Be packaged, sealed, labelled(branded) and in safe condition for use.

Have a list of its content stated on the body of its package/container.

Have on the body of its packaging/container the name, contact and address of the business that made it.

*We have full rights to suspend our services to you without prior notice if you breach our terms of use.

Information on Pricing and Charges

Important; Yeneka does not handle or manage the purchasing of products by retailers as it's a Pay-on-Delivery.

*However, we're committed to protecting our customers through transaction documentation, community feedback and more.

The Total Price of products you can buy/sell on Yeneka at any one time is ₦3,000.00.

We charge ₦150.00 through our single-use vouchers to cover our service charge(of 25%) & logistics(75%) for the business delivering its product for purchase by a retail store;

Information on Delivery for Brand Owners

You're at discretion of which locations you deliver to. However, we flag unsafe areas, and advise open & public places.

Businesses are remitted shipping fees only after 4 successful deliveries - to save intermittent remittance charges.
